Sex and sexual energy has been a taboo subject for a long time; enough is enough, we have been playing in the dark for way too long. My first girlfriend was 10 years older than me and although I am totally grateful for the experience it had left me completed drained of Jing – Sexual Essence. I could meet her sexual needs in the bedroom but emotional and intellectually I was a flop. This experience had left me totally drained, physically, emotionally and mentally. It was a true blessing because for the first time in my life I realized that this body will die. For the first time I really thought about death and this was a great catalyst to launch me into the Tantric and Taoist Philosophies, I was determined to understand more about this subject.

 

Although my introduction was a bit rough I wanted to not only pleasure myself, most importantly I wanted to be the perfect lover. Then with this ability that I learned from Taoist Sexual Cultivation, I was able to relax during sex and use breathing techniques which allowed me to meet the inexhaustible sexual desire of the lover. I am now able to maintain my physical strength and I completely get energized from making love and most importantly I can share with her on a higher emotional and intellectual level.

 

It took some time for me to understand that every time I ejaculate I am throwing away my greatest energetic treasure of all, robbing me of the higher levels of spiritual intuition. With each release I could create my own country; it is estimated that 200 million sperm cells are released. This is why when men come, they usually fall dead on to the pillow and don’t want to have much more physical contact after that.

 

When you come you release a massive amount of energy and in doing so you are creating a weaker physical body, all the energy is expelled in ejaculation for the purpose of creating another being. If you don’t want a child then don’t ejaculate, its that simple, the energy of all your internal organs especially your kidneys and put into the production of your sperm.  

We men have been conditioned to throw away our greatest treasure, for what… because it makes us relaxed. Let me shed some more light, this is not so, any relaxation that occurs is a very negative relaxation and nothing compared to how you feel if you can circulate your sexual energy around the body and it takes many days to fully recover our sexual essence. So I suggest if you are interested in training Qi Gong, Meditation or developing a higher spiritual nature then you really ought to start practicing a new way of making love, or a new way of masturbating, either way start practicing or should start playing.

 

Let’s go deeper, your kidneys according to Traditional Chinese Medical theory are the organs that store your Jing - sexual essence. Also your emotion related to the kidneys is fear. When your sexual energy from your kidneys is depleted then one becomes weak and easy to frighten. This is why there is so much fight and struggle with the man he is loosing his awareness of his own female energies and therefore he becomes addicted and dependent to the other and hence the fight; he needs the other but also the other takes his physical body closer to death.

 

If a man has full sexual energy and his kidneys are abundant then the positive energy is gentleness, he is then able to approach making love from a point of sharing not of an addiction, not of a dependence but an interdependency; this is where the friendship becomes even more beautiful.

 

I believe this is the result of why the world is so confused; the man and his core energy is totally out of balance and confusion is the perfect word. If you are not abundant in sexual energy from the kidneys then there can be problem. Hearing and listening is also associated with this organ, I can go as far as saying that man are unable to listen to his lover or his own feminine intuition and this creates confusion, fear and the fight and this is why we need the return back to the Power of the Goddess, we need to be totally be in tune with the female energy that is in all of us.

 

I have a health understanding about myself and my sexuality and I really owe a lot to the Taoist Philosophy. I think we all need to study more about our own sexual energies and this for me is an important step in reconnecting with my intuitive intelligence.
