I have looked into as many books as possible to understand the Art of Well Being and there are a few Golden Formulas I have found that will save you some valuable time researching.
First thing first, Meditation is the first golden key to inner transformation and Well Being. Meditation is pure alchemy it changes you from one way of being to another. When you practice a form of meditation then you will get in touch with your natural way of being, at first is will be an effort, you will need to find time to practice and then after a while you will transcend the normal realms to an extra normal realm. It is like when you ride a bicycle up a hill and then when you reach the top of the hill you can let go of the peddles as you go down hill.
It has taken me a long time to understand the ways in which I can really build me energetic and spiritual knowledge to a level that I was satisfied with. Developing your spirit is one of the most exciting adventures possible and Meditation at sunset is one of the greatest secrets that I have come across. I haven’t worked a normal job in the last 15 or so years, so I have had time to seek out this knowledge. If you meditate right on sunset then something extraordinary may happen.
If your energy focuses to the middle of you forehead for a time of 5 minutes or more then there is a possibility that your mind might experience a moment of clarity, you might be able to raise your awareness to the pineal gland which will be able to open the 6th & 7th Gate/Chakra. Traditionally this has been known in the Taoist Circles as the Dragon Gate yet I have not come across many people who actually understand this concept.
To me this is it, this is the Gold at the End of the rainbow, the cherry on the chocolate cake, to have real freedom one has to only experience this gate to open and the mind is set free.
In the inner world Freedom is of the highest value.
