Wild West

I feel it’s only fair to talk about the West now to balance things out. The West has the possibility of being the new Atlantis. If you read Freedom’s Gate: The lost symbols in the US Capitol, It is believed that the Capitol building was built as a temple designed to awaken the Pineal Gland.

The west has great potential, the people in the west are starting to wake up, you just have to look at a Qi Revolution event in America to see how many people are really interested in changing themselves. I may be living in Asia now but I am just as thrilled by the possibilities in the west. So every time I would return back to the west then I would integrate this back to my life.

The West for me is just as much fun as anywhere else, the most exciting possibilities for the west is that the new generations coming through now have the best of everything, technology, education and the mistakes of the generations from the past. They are being brought up on comic movies, Harry Potters and have the most amazing opportunities. The way I see it they have an opportunity to eat the whole cake and when some has the opportunity to eat everything then there is a greater possibility to evolve.

There are two basic understandings in life, you can see a chocolate cake there on the table and some people will dream of getting a piece but never do, the other will take one piece and feel good about this and then the third person will eat the whole cake. This is the only way to learn, when we experience the taste of the cake then we know for sure is it good for us, do I need more or will I learn from the last experience.

After I finish with creating some Meditation and Qi Gong Applications here in Thailand then I will be going back to run some work shops and classes. Although the east is beautiful and the people are amazing I need both in my world. From what I have seen to be holistically happy and healthy then the east and the west need to unite, we need to be rich in technology, rich in meditation, rich in science, rich in art, we need both the East and the West. Remember these are just qualities of being, they have nothing to do with geography.

This is the most exciting possibility.. in western countries people are waking up more and more every day, and in Eastern countries people are experienceing technologies from the west. We can have the best of both worlds, when you are living in the west the most important thing is cultivating a spiritual practice, have the luxuries you desire and at the same time have the health and well being of a highly advanced being.

;) You are very right Andrew. What is the hardest part for me about being in the West right now is your very point! (near Toronto Canada) My soul is not at peace here now , but I know the West is a good place for my son right now--so I think our time in the East is coming to a close for now as I need to look for new possibilities for us in the world in the upcoming year.

I do appreciate myself certain aspects of western civilization, but like many I get very bogged down from understanding too much of this mindless consumerism going on around me finding that people too often find happiness from spending money. It can be easy living, but robotic souless living unless one is very conscious to make it otherwise. I feel one of the greatest sources of finding peace in the West is to look to the ways of the indigenous tribes. Of the knowledge I seek I am only interested in going to the source in the East but it is true that not all will and so learning about the East in the West is good for some/many. At some point I will need to make a compromise though although I will never stop travelling to the East to continue learning for as long as I am able. A life between two worlds.

    Hi

A life between 2 world indeed - how exciting. I have been thinking about the same thing.

Thailand is an amazing place but at the same time the west for me is very hungry for this knowledge and Canada is also another place I am thinking of.

I only hope in all your studies that you run some Qi Gong classes or some thing to help people in the West, after all Leo's were born to lead...

    :-D
