SACRED CITY

Chiang Mai is one of the first places that I saw the abundance and possibilities of Qi Gong to be in every house in every city in the world. There is an amazing sense of people living the way here in Thailand. They visit their local Temples, they don’t react to situations the way we do in the west and Meditation is a deep part of their culture.

In Chiang Mai city there is a Temple on every corner. Ebru, who has joined our Team in Thailand, today just walked us into the Oldest Temples in Chiang Mai City. After pre dawn meditation we both decided to go for a walk. Ebru tells me of a temple that she visited yesterday and she suggested that we take a look.

So after we finished with E-Navigator Meditation we both went for a walk, now the temple turns out to be the oldest Temple in Chiang Mai, which has the remains of three previous Kings of Thailand. We had walked into a living treasure, a temple that was built to supervise the construction of the Chiang Mai City in 1297.

We then found the spot where we played with a new Qi Gong Application that I have been developing for the last 2 years: ‘Golden 8’ – 8 Simple Breathing Exercises for Health. Which has been derived from the 8 Pieces of Brocade as presented by Dr Yang Jwing Ming.

I absolutely LOVE Qi Gong and I want to see every one in the whole world practicing/playing with some form of moving meditation. We have for far too long been in the grip of the massive corporations and now we can enjoy the treats and treasures of Breathing Exercises passed down for thousands of years.

Currently I feel possessed, I feel the Universal Spirit has taken over me, I feel there is a great need for this knowledge to come out to the world 'RIGHT NOW' and I hope these Blogs will keep you posted to our efforts to inspire and share these Treasures with the World.
