All Meditation techniques are designed to shake you to your very core, they are here to help us to rediscover who we are. There is no such thing as the right technique but rather any form of dance, movements, activity can have the quality of meditation with in it’s form and if you asked me which do I prefer standing on my head or dancing, I would have to say dancing.
I believe we are all longing to be real, to be authentic, to live the life that we have always envisioned. The most amazing thing to see with some one is when one resolves their inner conflict then there is no more conflict externally dramas and the individual is free to live a more authentic life.
When we are going with the flow and feeling good and moving from our space of authenticity then life starts to take wings, life starts to move beyond even our wildest imaginations. We naturally start to attract the right people into our world in a flash.
I suppose the hardest aspect to grasp about this inner authenticity is that when we are in tune with it it appears very ordinary to any one watching you and like children you will glow with the joy of life and be capable of enjoying every one of life’s gifts in the present.
In this space when our internal conflict is resolved then every thing flows so smoothly, we might wonder why other people are not in the same flow. Any forms of moving meditations are a way in which we can get to the very core of whom we are and why we are here. This is an old age question and no one else can answer this but your self.
