I have been visiting many temples around here in Chiang Mai Thailand and what interests me the most are the gates. Every Temple has a gate and I love to walk through them, each time I walk through, there is an amazing feeling of stepping into a new world.
I am not really interested to go inside the Temples but rather I love watching people as they make an offering what happens to their body and it becomes clear to me that the Temple is the Body, all exterior influences are just a seduction to go inside.
There is a real subtle shift of feeling when I enter into a space where people are meditating. I remember when I used to live in the Tibetan Temple there was this energy that surrounded the whole temple and the monk there Geshe Dogan had an amazing amount of energy, he was very inspiring for me.
One thing was for sure that when there is a massive amount of people meditating together a certain energy vortex or energy field is created, I have experienced this many times. This is something I talk to a lot with people around the world creating an area in their house that they can totally step out of this world and not be disturbed. Also it helps if one returns to the same space every day then the energy will start to build up more and more.
Often I will be walking past a tree in a park that speaks to me, then I follow that instinct and go there to play with the Universal Energy. I have several sacred spots in which I go to practice my Qi Gong and Meditation. Nowadays I don’t practice anything in Public, I prefer to practice away in secret.
To me it is such a sacred performance, when I enter into my own inner sanctuary or temple then I need to be away from everyone. I am entering a dream within a dream, I am going into a different layer of my being and I need to be out of sight of other beings. Inception captured it perfectly, we all have a multi dimensional reality and when we enter our own inner world then we can directly affect the other dimension that exist simultaneously.
