There is an Art to understanding what your whole being needs to be in a state of Wellness. There are a number of levels in which we need to look at this fascinating self exploration. We are Multi Dimensional Beings and there are many levels of our Well Being that we need to look at.
Naturally I can talk about my experience and the experience of others around me and now many people from around the world are deeply desiring a more fulfilling passionate existence here on earth. You are like many from around the world most likely taking many steps in crystallizing your well being. What I usually do first thing in the morning is sit and be with myself to see and look into how I am feeling.
Our consciousness has an amazing ability to be able to scan over and see how we feel on an emotional, physical and mental level. This is a great way for us to quickly tune into an over all sense of well being.
Create the time in your day when you can quietly tune into these three aspects of your being and synchronize them into your life, then you will naturally attune to how you feel.
