The Feeling Hits YOU

Have you ever had that feeling when you met someone for the first time and your heart just started beating so fast that you just knew something about this person but you can’t put it into words? We all have these intuitive feelings from time to time and when they come, pay close attention to what they are trying to communicate to YOU.

Sometimes there is confusion surrounding our intuitive emotional triggers and I am fascinated by the possibilities of our natural intuitiveness. When we build up our own personal supply of energy then we become more sensitive, then we have the capability of tapping into our sixth sense, I like to call it the Universal Intelligence. This is a direct communication from a higher source that is triggering an emotional response to guide us to understand the situation that presents itself in our current reality.

 

It is very normal to feel these intuitive indications and when they come, trust them, they are your guide or compass that direct you to the action that you need to take. There are always defining intuitive moments in our day or week, some of them are more powerful than others.How we respond to them is totally in our power and yet most people unconsciously ignore them or react to them.

 

For me the E-Navigator is the Meditation that helps me Navigate my way through my Emotional Map. Meditation in general is a great way to settle down the internal mind and allow you to see both in the present, past & future. The best way to describe this… it is like when you are sitting next to water you are able to see your own reflection, but if the water is moving then it’s hard to get a clear picture. When you are trying to find your way in your emotional waters it’s important to stop and let the waters of your internal world settle down and then you can see into any moment of time and space and it is even possible to change the past and how you reacted to a situation, I have had much experience in this - Pyscho Navigation

 

Each of us has our own unique way of translating our intuitive signals and we need to embrace that and find a way which we can translate our Emotional Map. Then when we realize the reason behind these feelings we can take the right action and respond with a conscious choice. Please take time everyday to listen to your emotions, trust them and meditation is the key to being able to see and understand them – in the inner world, Feelings are the most important thing.
