There are many techniques around that can greatly improve your well being, and the most important of all is meditation. We are always active and moving around, and we need to bring equilibrium to our nervous system and meditation has been proven to alter the brain wave activity, calming us to a more relaxed and passive state of being.
Well, meditation is not exactly doing nothing, but rather being nothing or just being. It is one of the most challenging arts for me to teach and even more challenging to get people to commit to a long term energetic development, but I am up for the challenge. I have created a life where I can spend about five hours a day answering questions, I practice for about 3 hours a day and the other time is spent mentoring.
Right now I am hosting a series of Qi Gong and Meditation challenges, I want to challenge people to commit to a 35 day 5 Elemental Qi Gong & Meditation Program. I am really excited about this challenge, and after 35 days of practice you will be able to slowly see how your energy levels affecting your whole life.
This is the most difficult thing for people, so I have made it easier, creating a 5 week online Qi Gong program that will allow you to experience and experiment with these 5 Elemental formulas to develop your internal understanding of how to breathe and cultivate you energy in accordance with the Toaist Philosophy of the five elemental forces (Earth, Water, Wood, Fire, Metal).
This 5 week program includes one to one mentoring on Skype and via e-mail. I will be available 7 days a week for any questions and also we will meet up once a week for our chat on Skype. You can find these now on my web site in the Qi Gong page.
