Universal Citizen

Ok so I am a big fan of the movie Avatar, it came out just before I got my position working for a Well being Spa in Thailand. Living in another new environment is one thing, living in amongst a new culture is another but then Thailand is a whole new alien world for me altogether.

I watched the movie about 3 times in a row at my favorite cinema in Melbourne, Australia, the Sun Theater. I really resonated with the theme of being an alien in another world fighting these humans who were basically stealing from the indigenous Navi’s planet for a natural resource. This is where it all gets fascinating; it’s not often you watch a movie where the aliens are the hero’s. Then there is the concept of remote viewing or projecting ones consciousness to another being, the movie really had me engrossed in the whole adventure and this was my first 3D Experience WOW!!!

The one thing that I really felt passionate about was that I too could relate to this character of being on a world where the man is destroying the natural resources and was not in harmony with nature. Also there was a really special moment where the main character unites all the clans and rides this massive beast that I would describe as a Dragon.

So with the year of the Dragon coming in 2012, I found this to be a really great sign that all the tribes from around the world, all the healers and ordinary people are coming together to unite under one banner, one earth, one humanity and one consciousness. The world in which we are living in is extremely unhappy and now we must all get together to save her.

This planetary unhappiness is becoming more obvious as we see things starting to manifest into reality, like the oil spill in the gulf and earthquakes. There are many signs that we need to change the way we are living and like the Navi return to a simple and beautiful way in which we are connected both the nature, the people around as well as the universal intelligence that surrounds us.

This truly was a beautiful story of how the universal spirit can not be destroyed and how powerful we can become if we all unite together. Now is the time to change how we feel, think, breath and connect with the nature around us. We are not separate from nature and we simple need to reconnect for we are all a part of a One Universal Mind ~ We are all citizens of the Universe.
