What is well being? It’s like when you have been sick then you really remember what’s it like to feel good and function well, and then you are reminded how great it is to feel fantastic.
Well being is another level on top of that, but it is a more subtle level of wellness that requires a deep commitment and understanding. In order to be in tune with body, mind and emotional states of being, then we first have to really know that this is truly what we are longing for, to experience a higher state of being.
To develop your own wellness program is a fine art but an enjoyable one, that comes from the action stirred from the hearts desire to feel good on all levels and be 100% available to life’s adventures as they present themselves.
First you need to GROUND your self, your dreams, and desires. The second step is to ALIGN with your emotions; your emotions are your compass, they can navigate you through your Emotional Waters. Finally RE-CONNECT with the Universal Spirit and allow your mind to embrace it’s Nature ~ which is the realm beyond thought, logic, and judgment – when you are reconnected with the universal consciousness then your mind is set FREE – you have been unplugged from the Matrix.
