What's your problem?

To us there is no such thing as a problem, we see many people taking drugs, smoking, or drinking. Ultimately every one is wanted an experience of a different state of being.

Currently their has been a huge push to the mainstream to use of natural technologies to gain an altered state of consciousness or a heightened state of awareness. Intoxicants are one way and getting energy from our surrounding are another. What society has tricked us into feeling is that as we are right now we are not good enough, then the quest to experience some thing else other than our selves begin. Some people try drugs others meditation and then the quest for enlightenment has begun.

This idea that we are not good enough or that we have a problem has to be taken out from the route. We need to get down to the very bottom of this clever psychological tool that the other has implanted into us. No need to blame any one for this take action and empower your self with the right tools to see more and more every day how amazingly perfect you are or if you want to flip it over embrace your imperfections.

One great tool I explored in my university days was Butoh-the dance of darkness. In this improvised dance I had to embrace and explore the dark and ugly sides of my personality and wow it was so liberating.
