Feelings are sooo amazing, how we feel is such an important part of an our over all sense of well being. It is important to protect and nurture our emotions, they indicate and relay information and from this experience we can then respond in the right way.
Society often tells us to take responsibility for our actions but the society doesn't really understand the significance of this statement. We are such a beautifully dynamic being that requires consistant self observation and reflection. There is not a single day that can missed! The discipline of any meditation is just that - a discipline of awareness. When we are aware of how we feel then we can naturally follow the right action that synchronizes with that particular emotion.
The best thing to do is create some time in your day, create a beautiful space where you can spend time tunning in to you inner emotional dialogue, then no one will have to ever tell you what is right or good for you - it will just be so obvious - feelings never lie.
